Los indugnadis con lis alquileres de Ibiza empiezan una campaña de denuncias en hacienda

Así lo ha manifestado la asociación a través de su grupo de Facebook, que ya tiene 3.500 miembros. Según detalla el anuncio, esta decisión se ha adoptado tras mantener “contactos” con el Ministerio de Hacienda, que han permitido sentar las bases para presentar las denuncias de “forma conjunta” a través de la asociación.

“Tenemos habilitado un email para que ustedes nos manden todos estos tipos de anuncios para así poder comenzar con las inspecciones y denuncias pertinentes”, informa la agrupación a través de la red social.

Al correo eléctronico que utilizará para recibir la información (ibizadenuncia@gmail.com) también pide que se envíen detalles como “nombre de la persona, número de teléfono, cantidad que pide para entrar a la vivienda y fotos”. “Con todos estos datos empezarán las denuncias e inspecciones”, anuncia la asociación.

“La forma más rápida”

Según ha detallado el portavoz de la asociación, Luis Gonzaga, la decisión de recurrir a Hacienda ha surgido tras constatar que a través de instituciones como el Consell d’Eivissa la vía para llegar a una solución “es muy lenta”.

“La forma más rápida para poner freno a todo esto es Hacienda”, ha añadido Gonzaga.

El portavoz ha detallado que los representantes de la asociación han mantenido contactos con la Agencia Tributaria pero también con la Guardia Civil encargada de impagos a Hacienda y de estafas. Según ha indicado, los agentes le han comunicado que si les ofrecen “datos concretos” se ocuparán de las inspecciones.

Gonzaga ha destacado que la Guardia Civil ya ha cerrado “varias inmobiliarias” por alquileres de villas de lujo que no tributaban. Según ha detallado, los agentes le han comunicado que ahora empezarán a inspeccionar pisos.

En su campaña de denuncias, la agrupación pide a aquellos que quieran participar que envíen “casos concretos de viviendas que están siendo realquiladas mientras están ocupadas”, porque de esa forma se demuestra que la infracción se ha cometido. Esto debe ser así, según Gonzaga, porque no sirven las denuncias de viviendas vacías.

El portavoz ha informado también que ya tienen “un montón de casos” y que ahora los están organizando para ponerlos en conocimiento de la Guardia Civil a fin de que los agentes “se puedan presentar en persona”.

Alquiler de habitaciones

El alquiler de habitaciones también será denunciado por la agrupación porque para ejercer este tipo de arrendamiento el propietario tiene que “estar dado de alta como autónomo y declarar los ingresos”, ha señalado el portavoz.

Gonzaga ha asegurado que se han analizado “varios métodos” para buscar una solución a los precios “abusivos” de los alquileres en la Isla y que la más rápida que han encontrado es la denuncia ante Hacienda.

También se ha reunido con diversos partidos políticos, pero sus propuestas, ha advertido el portavoz, aún tienen que ser analizadas desde el punto de vista de “la viabilidad”.

ART 1º- 0RGANIZATION
The sporting event called Ibiza Half Marathon is organized by the Sports Association Ibiza Half Triathlon and sponsored by the Consell de Ibiza and the city of Ibiza Townhall.

ART 2 - COMPETITION
2.1 The race will have a distance of 21,097 km and are approved by the Spanish Athletics Royal Federation.
2.2 The departure will be in San Mateo (Municipality of San Antonio) with pass through Santa Gertrudis (Municipality of Santa Eulalia) and finishing at the Paseo de Vara de Rey (Ibiza Town).
2.3 The time of departure will be at 09:30 am on May 1, 2015.
2.4 The maximum time for completion of the competition is set at a maximum of 2h 30 'being the closing time of control at goal at 12pm.
2.5 Refreshments for participants will be placed in kilometer points 5 km - 10 km - 15 km, as well as in the finish area.
2.6 The itinerary of the competition will be marked by information boards with arrows, and mileage by indicative panels at each kilometer points.
2.7 Participation in the competition is open to anyone regardless of gender or nationality, whether or not federated and born prior to 1997.
2.8 Registration fees are as follows:
€ 15 from 1 December 2014 to 31 December 2014.
€ 20 from 1 January 2015 to 28 February 2015.
€ 25 from 1 March 2015 to 15 April 2015.
€ 30 from April 16, 2014 to April 26, 2015
The deadline is Sunday April 26, 2015 at 24h.
2.9 The numbers provided by the organization should be placed at the front fully visible and mandatory to carriage them throughout the competition.
2.10 The organization will facilitate to each participant a chip timing control mandatory which must be placed in one of the shoes and must be returned to the organization once crossed the finish line.
2.11 Any claim must be submitted to the general judge in writing and no more than 30 minutes after the provisional standings have been taken out, and with a deposit of € 100.

REGLAMENTO 21 KMS. 
 

ART 1º- 0RGANIZACION
La prueba atlética denominada Ibiza Media Maratón, esta organizada por la Asociación deportiva Ibiza Half Triathlon y  cuenta con el patrocinio del Consell de Ibiza y el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza.

ART 2º - COMPETICION
2.1 Se correra sobre la distancia de 21,097 km y están homologados por la Real Federación Española de Atletismo.
2.2 La salida sera en San Mateo (Municipio de San Antonio) con paso por Santa Gertrudis (Municipio de Santa Eulalia) y meta en el Paseo de Vara de Rey (Municipio de Ibiza).
2.3 La hora de la salida sera a las 09:30 h del 1 de Mayo de 2015.
2.4 El tiempo máximo para la realización de la competición esta fijado en un máximo de 2h 30´ siendo la hora del cierre de control en meta a las 12h. 
2.5 Los avituallamientos para los participantes estarán colocados en los puntos kilométricos 5 km – 10 km – 15 km, asi como en la zona de meta.
2.6 El itinerario de la competición sera señalizado mediante paneles informativos con flechas y el  kilometraje mediante paneles indicativos de cada punto kilométrico.
2.7 La participación en la competición estará abierta a cualquier persona sin distinción de sexo o nacionalidad, sean o no federados y nacidos con anterioridad al año 1997.
2.8 Los precios de inscripción serán los siguientes: 
15 € desde el  1 de diciembre de 2014 al 31 de diciembre de 2014. 
20 € desde el  1 de enero de 2015 al 28 de febrero de 2015. 
25 € desde 1 de marzo 2015 al 15 de abril de 2015. 
30 € desde el 16 de abril de 2014 al 26 de abril de 2015
El cierre de inscripciones será el domingo 26 de abril de 2015 a las 24h.
2.9 Los dorsales facilitados por la organización deberán de colocarse en su parte delantera totalmente visibles y de obligado porte durante toda la competición.
2.10 La organización facilitara a cada participante un chip de control de cronometraje de uso obligatorio y que deberá ser colocado en una de las zapatillas y que deberá devolverse a la organización una vez cruzada la linea de meta.
2.11 Cualquier reclamación deberá presentarse al juez general por escrito y como máximo pasados 30 minutos de sacadas las clasificaciones provisionales y con una fianza de 100 €.

What Ibiza Is Really Like
You’ve heard the Pitbull songs.

I’m talking about Ibiza, Spain.

Ibiza is a small island off the coast of Valencia that is known for its nightlife and crazy clubs.

I can attest to that.

I backpacked around Europe with my best friend in 2011 and we decided that Ibiza was a must see. Plus, we’d be there for my 20th birthday.

I should mention that backpacking can be very hard on you.  We tried to visit as many places as we could, in a very short time span.  “Doing” Rome and Prague in two days is not nearly long enough, and carrying around a heavy load on your back while trying to get help from non-English speakers can be, erm, tough. But, don’t get me wrong – I love travelling more than anything else.

So we eventually made it to Spain.  First we visited Barcelona, then Valencia, and from there we took a ferry to Ibiza. Before going you have to decide what side of the island you want to stay on, either San Antonio or Playa D’en Bossa. We didn’t know the difference and heard San Antonio was more of a party spot, so we decided to go there and stay at Hostel Roca.

When me and my friend Jasmine arrived, it was around 8 pm on a Friday –  peak drinking time.  It was a surreal experience. People in their late teens and mid twenties were about the only people we saw. There were no kids, and definitely no one over 30. Everyone looked… like a party animal. Basically every girl I saw looked like they were from a Ke$ha video, with a painted face and little to no clothing.  I remember seeing one girl wearing full leopard body paint with glittery angel wings. Everyone was drinking in the street, screaming and singing, and no one batted an eye – this was the norm here.

The island was beautiful, with beaches everywhere and leafy palm trees scattered about the roads.  Daytime in Ibiza is very serene, mostly people lounge around the beaches or eat hangover food in the shade and take advantage of siestas (afternoon naps). There was a main bus depot in the middle of San Antonio that took you all around the island so you could check out one of their many beaches.

We discovered that you had to buy nightclub tickets at stores in San Antonio before going or prices were jacked up at the door, and the cheapest tickets here were 60 EUR ($80 Canadian ish), and went up to 150 EUR. Ouch. I think I naively thought that we’d get deals for being “girls” but that wasn’t the case.

Hmm, it was going to be hard to be frugal in a place like this. Luckily my crappy credit card worked and we bought tickets to Pacha, the island’s most expensive, and arguably best club for that night.

So that night we bought some sangria, and headed to the bus depot where buses came to take people to all the nightclubs.  It turned out to be about a 30 minute ride.

Pacha was amazing, you could get lost in it, and we did.  I made a Russian friend named Kat, so me her and Jasmine stuck together and surprise surprise, drinks were 20 EUR! I had a looming nervousness that we were in over our heads, and were partying amongst all these rich people – when in reality we were the poorest of backpackers and I was quickly racking up credit card debt with $0 to my name, yikes.

The club really was unreal though, to this day it was my greatest party experience. There were multiple levels and rooms that played different types of music, and naked dancers were everywhere.  I was careful not to drink too much, because if I was the least bit out of it getting lost and not finding my way back to the hostel was frighteningly easy.

The next night we went to a foam party… in hind site, that was a mistake. We met our Russian friend at her hotel and all pre-gamed together before taking the bus to Amnesia, one of Ibiza’s most popular superclubs, with residents including Paul Van Dyk and Deadmau5.  Also, it was rumoured that MTV was filming there during that week. (I didn’t follow up.) We got there at about 12:30 and it seemed to take forever for the foam to start.  But boy, around 3 am, did it come.

(This blog post is getting very negative, it really was a cool experience. Just never go to an Ibiza foam party, please.)

Soapy foam was shooting from every angle,  it stung my eyes so badly that I could hardly even open them.  My makeup was running down my face, it was getting hard to breathe and men would run by trying to rip my dress off.  I was falling everywhere; I felt terrible for girls with heels, and we literally were grappling at whatever we could for dear life. My friend was screaming trying to find me, it felt like we were choking. 

We eventually got outside, found a legitimate taxi, and 40 EUR later we were back home at Hostel Roca.

Ibiza es el paraiso

De todos es conocido que Ibiza tiene fama mundial de ser el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en las que el sol, la playa y la fiesta son los principales ingredientes. Pero la isla pitiusa, uno de los paraísos mediterráneos más importantes de España, ofrece mucho más. Por ejemplo, una gran diversidad de actividades deportivas como la natación, la vela o el ciclismo, entre otras muchas.

¿Te lo imaginas? No debe haber mejor sensación que correr o practicar ciclismo a través de la isla con vistas a las mejores calas y a una puesta de sol de locura. Pero para los menos atrevidos, hay otras pruebas. La carrera Popular del 1 de mayo, es una de esas actividades en la que mucha gente (por no decir toda) se ha apuntado alguna vez. Y que mejor momento para apuntarse a una que ir con tus amigos a Ibiza a participar y hacer turismo por la isla.

La vela es uno de los deportes estrella de Ibiza. Durante los días 2, 3, 4 y 5 de abril se celebrará una regata de vela de crucero de altura, una de las de mayor participación en el Mediterráneo con participación de más de 200 veleros procedentes de todo el mundo.
Si eres un amante de la bicicleta, también hay actividades para ti. Podrás disfrutar de sus caminos y senderos, recorriendo preciosos parajes de la costa y el interior de la isla, con sus vueltas ciclistas los días 3, 4 y 5 de abril, ya que la isla balear es bonita por fuera y por dentro.

Ibiza conserva una cueva santuario erigida en honor de Tanit, diosa del amor y la fertilidad a quien los fenicios profesaban gran adoración. Es la Cova des Culleram, situada en el municipio de Sant Joan de Labritja, en la zona se Sant Vicent de Sa Cala al noreste de la isla.
