We start with a place that has become one of the most fashionable on the island of Ibiza in recent years, the beach of Cala Jondal, in the region of  San José (Sant Josep de sa Talaia). In this restaurant not only can you enjoy seafood and the traditional dishes of Ibiza, but you can also sample Mediterranean and international cuisine. The third recommendation is one of the most respected and popular beach clubs on the island of Ibiza. We are talking about the Jockey Club Ibiza, on the beach of Las Salinas. It has an abundance of ambiance, beautiful people and is widely known as a cool place to be. Open spaces, diversity and ever-fashionable, cosmopolitan origins. In this restaurant, the Italian owner, Kiko Malcarne, has managed to create an open, natural space that is very Ibiza in its menu of gastronomic delights. Along with entertainment the food is served up in a unique location. And to say goodbye today, another great classic and an essential venue for lovers of the most authentic places,   El Chiringuito Ibiza is also located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Ibiza, Es Cavallet. The name El Chiringuito in Spanish refers to a beach house and this word springs to mind when we think of this restaurant. The seafront bar offers the best and most interesting cuisine in a wonderful, natural environment. Lovers of local specialities will find the arroz al bogavante (rice with lobster) irresistible.
